Yes, additional fees may apply for deliveries outside our standard delivery zone. Please note that all listed prices do not include sales tax until the end of the checkout process.
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please text/call our office at 508-761-7444 to confirm that we can deliver to your city/town and for an updated quote.
We typically arrive early the morning of your party to set up, so you’ll have the entire day to enjoy your inflatable.
Inflatables: Delivery time depends on how many rental units we have booked for the day. Unless we’ve agreed to a different timeframe when confirming your order 1–2 days prior, we typically arrive 1–3 hours before your party start time.
Tents: We generally set up tents 1–2 days before your party, since they take a bit longer to install.

While both the exterior and interior of an inflatable may show some minor staining from normal wear and tear (leafs, silly string, etc. cause staining), it should never be delivered dirty. Our team cleans every inflatable after each rental, then performs a thorough inspection once it’s set up to ensure it meets our standards. For proper setup, it is important that our crew has access to a power and water source at the time of delivery.
The blower is what keeps air in the inflatable the entire time it is in use. If no one is using the unit, or once the party is over, you can turn off or unplug the blower and the inflatable will deflate quickly.
Because the blower needs continuous power, we require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location or a generator. Using longer extension cords can overload the circuit and trip a breaker, so we provide our own heavy-duty extension cords to help ensure safe, reliable operation.

At this time, we do not provide setup services at parks.
Cash, check, credit cards or Venmo. If paying by cash, please have exact change, as our drivers typically do not carry cash.

All of our inflatables are different sizes. Most of our basic inflatable bounce house units are 15'x15' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each unit (listed near the large picture), as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatable units need room to be staked down and also need room for the blower. Units can not rub against walls or trees as this may damage them. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes, blower, etc. If you have stairs, a tiered and/or gated backyard, please text/call our office to discuss options for setup.
Check the requirements listed with each inflatable unit. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 foot wide access point to the area where it will be set up, including gates to backyards. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room to maneuver the unit and the handtruck that it is transported on.
Inflatables can be set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt (not gravel), asphalt, and concrete. Pole tents can be set up on grass only. Frame tents can be set up on most surfaces but will require water barrels or cement blocks if set up on asphalt or concrete.
Sorry, but we can not set up inflatables on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl units quickly.

Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens while being used during your rental time, please text/call us immediatelyat at 508-761-7444, so we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible. However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., not turning off the blower in high winds, bringing sharp objects into the unit, etc.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc., which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign off and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
